Our mommy daughter trip was absolutely amazing!!!! We spent 8 days and 7 nights at Walt Disney World's Pop Century Resort in Florida. Some of our highlights:

1. We visited all 4 theme parks- Magic Kingdom, Epcot, Studios, and the Animal Kingdom, as well Disney's Blizzard Beach Water Park.

2.We dressed up and attended the Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween Party private event at the Magic Kingdom.

3. We picked a pearl in the Japan pavillion at Epcot. We picked an oyster from a tank and they shucked it for us. they beat the drum and we had the pearls set into pearl necklaces. i gave the girls a copy of the story "The Pearl Necklace" where the little girl finally gives up her beloved dime store necklace to her loving father which he then gives her a strand of genuine pearls. The moral, "Heavenly Father never asks us to give up something without giving us something better in return." I love that story and I love the memory we made to go with it!

4. Being stuck on the safari because a giraffe was standing right in front of our jeep and refused to move.

5.Natalie eating 12 Mickey ice Cream Bars.

6.getting to eat at the Sci Fi Diner (an Indoor drive in movie where evry table is a convertable car), and at the brand new T-Rex Cafe where we surrounded by huge animatronic dinosaurs , a huge ice cave and a wall of fire.

7. Hanging out on the beach and eating at Disney's Polynesian Resort- my favorite place ever!!!

8. Having a breakfast reservation with pooh and friends before the Magic Kingdom opened to the public- so we had main street and the castle all to ourselves!

9. Traveling around the world at Epcot, getting our passports stamped, and eating something different in every country. We loved the warm ham and cheese croissants, eclairs and mousse in france, the kaki gori in japan, the school bread and kringla in Norway.

10.Late night swims and hot chocolate back at the resort every night.

11. Natalie going upside down for the first time on Rockin' Roller Coaster- the best 42 seconds of your life!

12 Riding Splash Mountain 19 times in the front row!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Did we mention its our favorite ride?!

13. getting pictures and autographs with the characters, including some we have never met before- Daisey Duck, tarzan, king louie, Meeko, Brer Bear, Aurora, Ariel, lilo and stitch, and our absolute favorites- Cinderella's evil stepmother and stepsisters Anastasia and Drizella- They were a riot and even sang Nightengale for us.

14. Having mouse ear hats made with our names on them. Shopping!!!

15. Watching spectromagic twice while eating ice cream.

16. Front row seats for Wishes, illuminations, and Dream along with mickey!

17. Festival of the Lion king!

18. Having a crazy lady absolutely obsessed that i was Sara Palin and kept following us and taking my picture. (Yeah she was quite the nut!)

19.Talking about girl stuff and just getting to spend some one on one time with my oldest daughters.

20. Having Miyuki the Candy artist choose us first to pick an animal. We chose a Hippo- a purple hippo ;)

21. Hearing " por favor mantagese alejado de las puertas." "Please stand clear of the doors," every time we rode the monorail.

22. The girls each getting their own Figment the Dinosaur and then riding the ride again with Figment.

23. Taking the ski lift up to the top of Summit Plummett for the longest family raft ride in the world.

24.Hearing Happy Birthday from everyone. The girls wore Birthday pins since we were celebrating their 10th and 12th birthdays.

25. Getting personalized cards and balloons from Mickey mouse in our room for their birthday.

26.. Coming home to Dad, Ethan, Zoey and Aubree! We missed you!
